Rude and hostile staff. Cost of treatment is cheap and the same reflects in the overall procedures. Better to spend a few rupees extra and save your eyes. The staff also insists (read forces) to post positive reviews in their presence. Most of the positive reviews is because of this only

My mother undergone cataract surgery for both eyes. Both times, the process was so smooth and timely that she never felt any problem during and post surgery. The doctor is highly experienced and professional along with sober and gentle nature. Whole paramedical staff is also very cooperative. The behaviour of reception staff needs some improvement. I highly recommend this hospital for any eyes related problems.
