We had excellent experience with SFS, M2K center. we got the cataract surgeries for my mother by @Dr.PRateek. he is very experienced and humble doctor. over and above, the coordinator Ms.Priyanka helped us like a family member. she arranged and cooridinated everything properly and timely manner. wish her a great success. Excellent services, best Doctors. Clean hospital, I refer to this hospital for every one.

Neat & clean less crowded M2K atmosphere compared to Sector-29, Gurgaon centre. Reception not very clear on TPA linkages & availability at M2K as it's Sector-29 has. Test equipments here are new & modern. But last year my visit to it's Sector-29 centre had experienced faulty field test equipment that could not be set right even by next day and also no intimation to patient over phone. Neither the centre exerted to make alternative centre arrangement immediately until one got boiled out the very next day waiting for hours. Unfortunately on previous day the lab assistant did proceed ahead with one test with dilated patient's eyes & malfunctioning equipment until patient questioned the directives. Small issues which could have easily been set right if administrative manager would had taken the initiative.

My nephew vinay kumar got Lasix surgery by Dr. J B singh sir 3 months before now iam giving review for the hospital best Doctors well established eye centre in gurgram sector 51, management is best.

Over all experience was good, Management is good, Billings process was fast, best Doctors, in 1 hrs my optom and doctor consultation done, I reffer this hospital to every one those who are want they treatment for eye, single speciallity hospital.
