Dr. Mann is an outstanding doctor who provides personal attention and care to each patient, which we deeply appreciated. The entire staff was extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the process. I would like to especially acknowledge Mr. Joy and Mrs. Ravita for handling the case with great efficiency and professionalism. Three of us wanted an eye check up. We took an appointment and came. Our time was 1.15 , 1.30 and 1.45. We reached at 1 and paid for the three. Then we were sent to another reception . By then the time was already 1.15. The staff said that there is a process and it will take time. I said then it’s 1.15 why don’t you at least start the process. The woman said I don’t care. There is a process. Now they should have told us about it before. We would have come accordingly. The staff is cold and rude.
