They are the best opticians and they have the best set up for eye testing and mostly all high end and mid level eye glasses brand and have vision correction glasses. Prices are reasonable and servicing is excellent.

One of the best parts of my experience was being able to get an eye exam right there in the store. Dr. Monga provided a thorough and comfortable check-up in their state-of-the-art examination room. It was so convenient to take care of everything in one stop.

My family has been going to Dr Monga Opticians since it started. Every time we go there we leave so satisfied - right recommendations, excellent designs to address all needs & impeccable service. My experience with them doing Progressive glasses has been exceptional (w.r.t. LVP and B&L). Their vision assessment is spot on. Have been visiting Dr Monga Opticians for the last 6-7 years. They have an excellent and large selection of spectacles, and offer great service and suggestions. Now, it’s become a monthly ritual to go to Gurvinder, pick up a pair for someone or the other in the family, knowing well that we’ll get the best price and quality, and excellent after sale service! Not to forget, with the warmest smile and genuine advice! Not going anywhere else, ever!!

I got my Dita Lancier sunglasses with a custom lens from them. I've never been to their store but saw their online store used to sell Dita glasses. I called and requested them to order a specific model of Dita Lancier. They ordered the same from the supplier, added my custom lens and shipped it to my home address in Bengal. I specifically would like to thank Gurvinder for handling this entirely from end to end and also negotiated with the supplier for the best price. She handled it very well. I'll be placing my next luxe order from them for sure!!

They mislead customers and do not have well-trained sales staff. They don't make a note of warranty in their bill. When I was sold the glasses, I was told it's of great quality and under one year warranty. However, the metal casing on the glasses started wearing off within a few months and I visited them recently to get a replacement. The sales staff even helped me select a new pair of glasses. However, when I went to collect it the next day, the store manager claimed that the warranty period is 6 months and that both the sales staff had misled me and it wasn't her responsibility. I ended up paying for the new frames despite having a bad experience with the previous set. I'm really disappointed in them because I had chosen them over other established brands due to word of mouth recommendation. But their lack of set policies, left me with a bitter experience. The shop may look fancy, but it's better to go to established stores that at least stick to their word.

Love it! Amazing range carefully curated from a wide collection of high end and niche brands. Dr. Gurvinder has a gifted eye for what fits best and she can gauge the style that suits you in a very intuitive way. I also have come to rely on her honest and sensible Eye Health medical advice. The team offers a customer service that is personable flexible and fast. I can't recommend it enough!
