Very Bad experience. Highly un-professional guys. Will ask everyone to not visit this place and better visit some other place to get timely responses. Complete hospital have agreement on single common problem - system/portal is not working or computer is not working. The day I visited, took an appointment in advance one day before, still they make me sit 1 hour and the reason given was system/portal is not working for the doctor. Then finally met the doctor, talked with their TPA counselor and planned for the operation, and in sudden their team stopped responding. First counsellor also responded that portal is not working then stopped responding completely on chat or call. Their marketing team is highly professional, they contacted me multiple times if planned for the operation or not But their reception team, TPA team is highly un-professional.

Attitude of dr was above the sky, specially she doesn’t know how to handle the kids, and, just regret why i visit and wasted my time to see such a unprofessional dr, i visited in 2024 feb as well same dr at that time i thought may b i miss understood the situation, but after seeing her today with my wife we both got upset with her behavior and treatment..
