We recently had my mother's cataract surgery at Krishna Netralaya, and I can confidently say it is the best eye hospital in Gurgaon. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was seamless. A special mention to Jyoti Ma’am at the counter, who was incredibly supportive and helped us with all our queries with patience and kindness. Dr. Subhi is the epitome of warmth and compassion—My mother immediately felt comfortable around her . Words fall short when describing Dr. Aditi . Not only did she ensure a smooth and successful surgery, but her calm demeanor made my mother feel at ease, despite her initial nervousness. In my mother’s words, being greeted by the smiling Dr. Aditi in the operation theatre instantly calmed her nerves. She is already a big fan of Dr. Aditi and is actually looking forward to her right eye surgery in two weeks! I got my cataract surgery done twice with Dr. Aditi and my experience has been incredible with her. I being a chronic arthritis patient, always need additional care and support and Dr. aditi has been very supportive of this. She is a very diligent doctor and listens patiently to each and every detail. Special mention to the staff (right from reception to the nursing staff) and overall environment at the clinic. They are very polite, caring and organised towards the patients.

Very nice experience. Jyoti coordinated and did a smooth execution of appointments, paper work and post procedure care. Dr Aditi is very polite and humble. She makes one super comfortable and the Cataract procedure was carried out with ease and no complications. The other staff who handles in between procedures is also very cordial and efficient.

Dr Aditi is quite good with her work. I got a laser PI treatment done at Krishna Netralaya and the procedure was done very well. The doctor and staff are polite and get things done in a timely manner. The doctor patiently responds to all queries.

Not so good...Average process which can be done with normal Eye doctor. Took 5 hrs for eye number check-up. Prior appointment was set and fee was 1200. But at the time when reached at centre asked for 1400. Receptionist said fee just increased. Not worth spending 1400 Dr say same verbiage to everyone. Other things are manageable.
