Visited Lenskart recently, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect frames that suited my face. The eye test was smooth, and they explained everything in detail. Loved the collection—so many stylish and lightweight options! Plus, the offers were great, making it a total value-for-money experience. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Very lazy staff I must say. I went to Lenskart store in sector 14, gurgaon and asked them to clean my hustler glasses which I bought from them few months back. They said the person who cleans has not come today so please come tomorrow. So specifically for this work itself alone I visited Lenskart sec 14 again the next day and this time they said “sorry mam that cleaner guy is on leave for few days”. What does that mean?? why did u even ask me to come next day when u knew he is on leave. lol the interesting part is that this clean up didn’t even need any trained staff, they have this cleaning box where you simply put your glasses and that instrument itself will deeply clean it. and I saw that box already in their store but still they came up with all kind of excuses just to escape a 1 minute task, even to the extend of troubling the customer for calling them again the next day and repeating the same excuse again. Anyhow i got that clean up done in another Lenskart store in sector 4 where they did it in just 4mins by simply placing it in that box. The point is what’s the purpose of having that many Lenskart store for our convenience when we have to drag ourselves around from one store to another for getting one simple task like cleaning the eye wear done.

My experience is very positive. Very good experience very nice behaviour of all staff. Shop with nice eye testing equipments. I suggest public that once visit the store if you want to buy glass for your eye. Don't think about money everytime like me. Eye is more important then money. Now I understand why my son suggest me to visit lanskart for glass. He is a big fan of the owner of lanskart i don't know the name who is owner but i can say " Brand with a vision ". I did not expect this tipe of unique service. I booked my glass todey they given me 2nd march date for glass. My wife also faced some problem in vision but today after testing they told she doesn't need glass. Neither any glass store will give this tipe of genuine suggestions. Thanks to Lanskart. Company future is really bright with great vision. Today 1st march I collected my glass 1 day before the time given by store. I had received a message in morning to collect the glass. Very fast service. Quality and visibility of glass is outstanding. Once again thanks to Lanskart.

Pathetic experience. I am trying to reach out over phone from last 3 days but no one is picking up. 1 male person pick up call once in two days and he hang up saying “mam apki awaj saf nhi aa rahi”. I want to know that status of my eyeglasses. Such a care less people. They don’t care about their customers
