My experience with Titan stores is not very good. The energy is never positive. The staff generally is not very courteous and they make you feel unwelcome. I went to the store with an intent to purchase specs for myself. I had been a regular customer at their competitor and wanted to switch, but ultimately had to go there only and place the order.

Very good collection and helpful staff. It is located inside Sapphire 83 mall. I went there to get fixed my pair of spectacles, they did it in 15 minutes only and even didn't charged a penny.
The staff member Alok is extremely rude and undeserving. Had a very poor experience dealing with this store. Through I have been Titan customer, won’t recommend this store at all.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Titan Eye Plus and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with their amazing and quick services, as well as their polite behaviour. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome from the staff. What really stood out to me, however, was the incredible speed at which my glasses were ready. This was a huge relief for me, as I had an important meeting the next day and needed my glasses urgently. Overall, I would highly recommend Titan Eye Plus to anyone looking for exceptional eye care services. Their amazing and quick services, combined with their polite behaviour and knowledgeable staff, make for an outstanding customer experience. I will definitely be returning to Titan Eye Plus in the future for all of my eye care needs.
