Titan Eye+ at Sushant Lok-1, Gurgaon

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the defective glasses I received and the subpar service from your store. Despite being worn only for an hour, the glasses developed issues and were taken to the store for repair. It's been 10 days since then, and I hadn't received any update on the status of my glasses. When I called the store to inquire about the repair, I was informed that the glasses were ready. I was surprised that the store didn't have the courtesy to notify me, considering I had invested a significant amount in these glasses. Given the inconvenience I've faced, I requested the store to deliver the glasses to my doorstep. However, they refused, leaving me with no choice but to bear additional commuting expenses.

Store recommended a spectacles when replacing spectacles. Within few weeks, started facing issues of screws loosening at the hinge and becoming difficult to use. On contacting store. They just tighten it and say you can come back any time and get it tightened. Every 2-3 weeks, rhis issue comes up and eventually the temples have come loose from the rim. Now, the store has been saying we have asked head office to send screwes and made some make shift arrangement which is not working out and its been more than 3 weeks since last issue. The attitude of the staff is also an issue since at time of sales they enthusiastically pushed a pair of spectacles but now they say if company doesnt support, what can we do. In fact, today the staff even went to the ectent of saying to go n check at a different store. I have heard multiple customers complaining at stores during my numerous visits to "fix" the issue. Further, I have shared this complaint in the feedback link which I got from Titan but to no avail. Also, when I contacted Whatsapp customer care, they casually replied to contact store since they dont have store related data. Would seriously recommend not to go at this specific store and even the chain overall if this is the attitude across their sales staff and customer care.
