Dr. Shuchi is an exceptional doctor, warm, and very dedicated. She conducted all the tests with so much patience and warmth and made the visit a wonderful experience. This was my second visit to her clinic and I must say felt really blessed and grateful to have these services in this location. Thank you Mam. :)

The Doctor has replied to my review below and it appears I may have misinterpreted the intent behind being provided the QR code for the review and rating. However still, from my interaction with her, an overall rating of 3 is what I consider appropriate at this time but will be open to revising it if the experience is genuinely better the next time. ********* The doctor may be genuine in her consultations but a single visit to her was not adequate enough for me to decide on whether the treatment being advised is indeed the most suited in my case. The low rating is due to all patients visiting her being forced to pay for an additional test and then being provided a QR code for us to rate her 5 stars. If I was genuinely happy with the services, the 5 star rating was a definite but a forced ask is certainly not a sign of a confident doctor!

Fantastic experience starting from pre surgery tests to post op care. Dr. Shuchi is very thorough, patient and empathetic. Pre surgery - did all the tests, and got specific specialists to examine me to make sure we find the the right way forward. Very clearly explained the procedure and why she recommends that specific treatment for me. During surgery - made me feel relaxed, was very particular about the process. She even called someone from the lens manufacturer to assist during the surgery! Post op - very meticulous in monitoring my progress with almost daily check ups. She was available on WhatsApp for questions. She’s also very polite and gives good amount of time to patients and answers all your questions. I’m very satisfied with the treatment and cannot recommend her enough.

I visited Dr. Shuchi 6 months back after I developed advanced Glaucoma. She was someone I was looking for, a doctor who listens to you patiently and examines you properly. She explained me everything in detail and her treatment has helped me in controlling my eye pressure. I highly recommend her as she is approachable and knows her job well!👍

Dr. Suchi is a gem in the field of eye care. Her expertise is matched only by her friendly and understanding approach. she patiently explained each step of the checkup, and her warm smile made the experience even better. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of expert care combined with such genuine kindness in Whole Gurgaon!

Pathetic Experience. She is the most unprofessional doctor i have met till date. She single mindedly focuses on her own cognitive biases rather than listening to her patient's issues. She has major attitude issues - says things that are borderline offensive. Funnily enough she kept on pushing for eye drops for the person who was accompanying me - even though she had no eye issues. I DONT reccomend this doctor at all.

Very Unprofessional Doctor. Doesnt know how to diagnose holistically - is too stuck to her own biases. Have visited her twice - this has been my experience both the times. Also quite an egoistic doctor - needs some grooming wrt handling patients.

I visited Doctor Shuchi for Cataract Treatment for my mother. She ensured first of all that she had all the time to answer all the possible queries at our end. On top of that she took efforts to explain in as friendly way as possible to make my mother comfortable which ultimately helped my mother to accept the surgery option with an optimistic perspective. Finally even after surgery, she was courteous and kind enough to follow up with me and my mother and again gave enough time to explain the post surgery care steps.
