Good place to get eyes examined. Visited for my mamu's (Mr. Laxman) check up as he had his laser surgery one year ago. Dr. S. B Jain very down to earth, insightful, experienced and professional. Listens to your questions and explains the underlying issue in a layman language too to make u understand. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Great experience!

I had a frustrating experience at this hospital. I called ahead and was told to visit before 2 PM with a 10-15 minute wait. However, upon arrival, I was informed that all appointment slots were full, which should have been communicated over the phone. Additionally, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Patients expect polite and professional behavior, especially in a healthcare setting. This lack of communication and poor staff attitude was disappointing. I visited earlier, and the doctor was excellent.

My baby had tear duct problem .. showed him to many doctors .all advised to do a surgery ..but Dr Satish Jain did kind of a magic .. and within 10 sec my baby's tear duct problem went away with simple pressing of the particular nerve .. Highly recommended ..

Don't go there. They asked us to continue eye drop for six month. But not recovered. AIIMS Dr. suggest to stop immediately. Jain hospital doctor only want money. No care for patients eyes.

Pathetic staff at reception, they just don't care about your time. They come on duty keeps on talking on phone, of their family problems and all. Patients keeps on waiting. I have literally waited for around 15 mins to just to ask one question, though there was no rush at all. Very bad experience

Worst place to visit for your eye checkup

Very poor hospital.they can't diagnos actual problem. They are playing with kids life.my son has angiofibroma .Dr.jain diagnosed week eye site.very poor experience plz nobody go their
