Dr is good but lab doesn't work properly i went with my baby for jaundice disease 31/3/22 He tried many times but the blood sample did not come out from him. I came without a test from that

Looters of hisar. Miss behaving staff. Middle class people like me should avoid this as our money is hard earned. Medicines are super expensive. Staff is talking in tu tadak

Don’t go by good reviews they all are forcefully taken from relative of patient at the time of discharge same as me, now I’m editing my review. My baby was sick with jaundice and doctor did treated well but this hospital is worse than any government hospital. The hospital staff is the rudest and non cooperative I have seen in my entire life, they won’t tell you anything about your admitted family member, don’t show any test report, will say one amount for room at starting and charge more at the end, and if you have any medical insurance or aayushman card than you should forget about discharge they will keep the patient until limit of insurance expires, the facility at hospital is sub standard. The staff of hospital will intimidate and scare you unnecessarily.

1.First and foremost extremely bad behaviour by day staff. They don't provide any info about medicines. 2. Extra charges are levied at all places possible. Eg, *my child was admitted in ICU for a few days there. They charged extra for the nebulizer(1500 Rs). Also NABH has marked 3000 for ICU bed charge but they asked 3500 from me and negotiated to 3300. They kept (200×6=1200 extra) in their pockets. *Bed charges are 2000 Rs as per NABH slip posted at their own counter which they removed after I told them of it. They charged 2500 Rs for it. *Medicines are also very costly. Overall, not a pleasant experience mainly because of rude behaviour by all hospital staff. (TU TADAK language,highly unprofessional)
