Titan Eye+ at PLA Shopping Complex, Hisar

Got satisfied with the purchase. Their Eyewear consultant Piyush assisted me and suggested a good eyewear. There was nice atmosphere. Also had a very good collection of watches. Must visit them.

REAL UGLY TRUTH 1) FAKE PROMISES - they made 2 promises first that lens will not get scratched & they will give me free wiping cloth every month. After making payment they went back on their word & said that they never said that but told me they will a single wiping cloth each month. After 2 months i visited their place and they said wiping cloth is out of stock. I visited again & again and they just wasted my time,energy,effort,expenses to reach there and never once gave me lens cleaning cloth that they promised before the payment. 2) Sweet talk - be cautious of their sweet talk. They will smile and say a bunch of things and persuade you into buying expensive glasses. MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICE. 3) Fake reviews - most of these reviews are fake showing 5 star rating. These reviews are artificial and do not dictate reality. 4) Bad Service - service is really pathetic. Once you are done they do not give a damn about you. Just after making payment they started ignoring me and all the sweet talk was vanished.

Over and above all, staff response is the best and good knowledgeable staff was really great helpful Thanks to gajendra ji for explaining the things with patience... No doubt, this titan store is very well managed with lots of variety and mind always gets confused because everything is worth buying..... So choice making is confusing 😂 Eye checkup experience was awesome, they follow every procedure carefully and politely, And the result was accurate as well.

Do not go for it. I bought a specs of Rs 4000 and it's color coating peel off within a year. And Titan doesn't take any responsibility. I suggest not to go for Titan Eye plus.
