I had a very bad experience 3 times. The staff is incorporating and rude, no place to wait even though there is tragedy we don't have a good eye doctor in twin City. The doctor knows this thing so he is exploiting the patients and keeps them waiting for a long long time. Hopefully someday the situation will change but currently it's worse in twin City..
