I had the absolute worst experience with Jind Lenskart. They don’t know anything about their own policies – one person tells you one thing, and another tells you something completely different. Once you’ve paid, they suddenly throw new policies at you. Their customer service is awful, and the eye specialist is completely clueless. Do not get your eyes tested there! They can’t make specs properly – the alignment and prescription were totally wrong. When I went back with issues, they flat-out refused to fix it and tried to make up new policies. Worst of all, they lied to my face, claiming they’d already told me things that they hadn’t. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
