Dr MRS Ravinder Sood Gynaecologist Very Disappointed with the Experience I visited Dr. Sood’s clinic in Kaithal at 9:30 AM and had to wait over 2 hours, only to be told I’d still have to wait another hour to see the doctor. What’s more frustrating is that patients who arrived after me were seen before me. The reception staff is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. When I arrived, there were only 2-3 people waiting, so such a long delay was unacceptable. Eventually, I got fed up and asked them to cancel my appointment and issue a refund. At that point, they started making excuses and only after a long argument did they finally refund my money. Overall, a very poor experience in terms of time management, staff behavior, and patient handling. Would not recommend unless serious changes are made.

Awful experience. I called to book gynaecologist appointment. The receptionist was rude. She said to me they don’t have appointment system. All patients are walk in and the wait time can vary depending upon the no of patients. This is 2024, not 1924. All hospitals have appointment system. They don’t value people’s time. I was told the wait time of one hour but it actually took more than two hours. I had already paid for the appointment so had to attend the appointment. Worse experience, worse staff, worse receptionist in the gynaecology department. Very unprofessional service. Extremely disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at Sood Hospitals! The staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout my visit. The facilities were clean and modern, and the doctors were very knowledgeable and professional. I Highly recommend........

The staff of Sood Hospitals is very careful. Staff do his work very well. Other things like water, cleaning is very well. Dr. Sood treats every patient very well like patients are his family members.

Got my mother treated for cataract. Went all the way from Sonipat. Dr Sood and his team is awesome. Not only the surgery was done with proper precision but he also gave us the label of the lens he used . No one does that with this transparency. Will recommend this for sure

Extremely pathetic experience with staff today morning. I had severe pain last night and have to fly to America today. I came early morning at 8 for appointment. I got registered at second number. I waited till 1030 after which I was told doctor can't see me because of emergency case. Before me, atleast 4 patients were sent inside to see doctor. There is absolutely no brain in the staff to understand the situation I am going through. May be doctor is good but staff is absolutely pathetic and in general has severe indifference towards the patients it seemed.

Such poor facilities available at the hospital The staff is so uncooperative with the patients. Such a bad experience , don’t recommend anyone. Unhygienic environment in the hospital especially gynaecology department.

Maternity hospital staff is very rude. And they talk with patient attendents like they are their boss. They act like this hospital is a police station and they have captured the culprits over here.
