Minimum 2 hours of waiting. NO queue management. The person sitting at the helpdesk has just one job to ask you to simply wait on the chair, only to realize that you have been queued in a wrong department. Optometrist don't have any patience to test the eyes properly. Not worth the hype. Avoid this hospital. Any other hospital with good queue management can resolve your eye issues. They love VIP culture. So, anyone who is well known will surely be preferred here over you, and will be silently sent before you. Pathetic culture. Definitely avoid going here!!
