Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Ambedkar Chowk Karnal

I visited the Lenskart store at Ambedkar Road with the intention of getting my eyes tested and ordering a new pair of eyewear. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete waste of time. I spent around 30 minutes at the store but ended up leaving without getting my eyes checked or placing an order. The store was clearly understaffed, and the few employees present seemed disinterested and unprofessional. There was no proper customer support or willingness to assist. It was disappointing to see such a lack of basic service and attention in a reputed brand like Lenskart. I hope this issue is addressed soon so other customers don’t face the same inconvenience.

The staff was very helpful throughout the process. Dhiraj assisted me all the way until the final payment. The available options are good.

Your store karnal is fabulous in customer service , they care for customer satisfaction, Mr Arif is more than happy to serve his customers , he treated us like his family members , given all knowledge about lenses and frames , we visited other store in city too , that was good , but karnal near ambedkar chowk is infront of them in terms of customer attending and care , we just went there for repair our glasses , but he tested eyes for my husband and finally helps us to choose the perfect glasses , my husband was worried to wear glasses , but style available with lenskart and suggested by Mr Arif was awesome ,now fortunately my husband is specksy too :) thanks for this .now he starts to care about his eyes too.. 😂

This is a very good product but I have to clean my glasses again and again. The clarity is not so much. Earlier it was good but gradually as I am getting used to it, I have to clean it again and again for clarity in space.
