They are very rude towards customer after taking money they misbehave they say we dont have your contact number and they dont know how to behave properly with customers

Lenskart’s service is great in terms of product variety and quality. However, their approach to timing and professionalism could use improvement. I’ve experienced delays and a lack of respect for the customer’s time, which feels unprofessional. While I do recommend them for their product range, it would be even better if they improved their commitment to punctuality and customer experience.
