It was a great experience with Dr. Payal Garg. Really such an incredible gyne. I visited Dr. Payal Mother and Eye Care Center, when my 8th month was ending. She completely understands the case after checking the reports and cooperate with us. I got delivered my baby on 10th of july with c-section. It becomes so easy for me as Dr. Payal was always there. Staff is also amazing specially all the nurses and rooms cleaning staff. I was thinking of giving 10 star if the option available. I am very impressed with the compassion and care which was provided by Dr. Payal and the staff. Dr. Payal was very caring from the day one, when my sis (Anusha) started her first trimester till the baby is born. She is extremely caring towards the newborn’s needs in terms of all the tests and immunization. The nurses were extremely nice they kept on checking the baby and mom. All the staff and doctors were following COVID PROTOCOL AND SOPS which was our huge concern. The hospital was well equipped, ventilated, neat and clean. That’s why they deserve 5 STARS👍

Dr. Payal was a find for us and the entire family. Sitting very far in Canada, we were too worried about our sister. But the way Dr Payal and her clinical staff took care of her during the birth of their son, we have a lot of respect for this Dr. She is very skilled, professional and very caring when it comes to her patients and human interaction. Dr Payal is one of the highly experienced gynaecologist in Kurukshetra,Haryana.She took care of my sister in laws care as a family doctor right from the beginning of her pregnancy.And the hospital staff is also very well mannered,highly skilled who took well care of the patient after her delivery. I had a really nice experience under treatment of dr Payal from starting till the end. It was my first pregnancy and baby’s weight was on the higher end. Case got further complicated when ultrasound showed our baby with cord wrapped around his neck. Usually in these situations lady doctors jus give up and panic the patients that you are doomed if operation is not done. But Dr payal, calmly and confidently, provided us informed choice of options to deal with this situation, with individual risk vs benefit factors for normal vs cesarean. She was confident enough to have even delivered with normal delivery but ultimately left the decision with us. With a confident doctor backing us, we chose to go with caesarean operation. Minute details were taken care of and a planned Caesarean section was performed. Dr Payal wasted no time in getting the baby safely out and into our loving hands. Post operation also the level of care was top class. With COVID wreaking havoc, we didn’t ask any of our relatives to come to the hospital to help us out and we didn’t feel this void at all because nursing staff took care of me n my baby like a family. All in all, good job Dr Payal and thank you!
