I visited this hospital after 5 minutes from their business hours.Everyone including their staff from doctor was so rude and arrogant.Although doctor have done my check up but he was not interested and have not done check up properly as he spent only 1 minute on treatment.This is so unprofessional behaviour from doctor.i will not visit this place again and also recommend everyone to not visit here.

Terrible experience! The front desk staff is extremely rude and has no sense of service. They don’t even book appointments properly, and when you ask, they respond disrespectfully. Complete mismanagement and unprofessional behavior. Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service!

Diling is not good .only lote of patent chack.not a prpoar guidance

Not saying anything about the doctor but his staff is very rude and unprofessional specialy the girl with small height. She always talk patients with very rude behaviour. Shameless.

No empathy for patients, denied to see kid having eyepain just because we came earlier than their BUSINESS HOUR even when we requested to pay emergency fee. For these people, doctor is a profession only, not a duty to humankind

I know dr. Saini since I was a 7-8 yr old.He is my family eye doctor. Specially my parents trust him so much. I live in delhi now but for eye checkup I like to visit only dr. Saini. He is not only a best dr. in his field but also a good, kind heart person. He has done 3 cataract surgeries in my family, all are successful. He is an inspiration.

Waited on the reception desk for 1 hour because the doctor was speaking to someone on phone and the chemist inside the hospital don’t know how to talk. He was so rude. Won’t come back. Cheers

Dr. Saini is my family dr since last 10 years and he have lots of experience and such a kind doctor .
