I underwent cataract surgery at Sobti Eye Clinic. Dr. Sobti is highly skilled, cooperative, and professional. But my experience with the clinic staff was not as positive. Except for one female staff member who was polite and helpful, the rest of the staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior seemed untrained and unskilled, which was disappointing. I believe Dr. Sobti should be made aware of this issue. While he himself is excellent, the staff’s attitude and lack of proper training reflect poorly on the clinic. Improvements in staff behavior and communication would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.
