Dr Monica's Eye Clinic, a unit of Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital

The clinic is one of the best ones I have been to. The staff (right from the receptionist to the Optometrist to Dr. Meenakshi) are friendly, warm, courteous, welcoming and efficient. An absolute delight. I was welcomed with warm smiles and enthusiasm. The registration was quick and painless. Then the optometrist was gentle, skilled and thoughtful in her assessment. This was followed by a more detailed examination by Dr. Meenakshi who is highly skilled and was capable, thoughtful and warm. She gave thorough explanations for everything (including the examination and her subsequent recommendations). She also answered all my questions fully and satisfactorily, taking my personal needs and situation into account. The facilities, too, are spic and span and topnotch. I couldn't ask for more. I would recommend the clinic for anyone's optical needs any day.

After taking appointment when reached there,no doctor was avliable ,when asked for doctor he simply replied main doctor came only after 4-5 patients came,extremely disappointed with their causal approach,wastage of time for other patients who came on time at the appointment time
