Dear Titan Eye, I am writing to express my appreciation for the glasses that I recently purchased from your shop. I love the look and feel of the glasses, and they have made a big difference in my vision. However, I was disappointed by the length of time it took to receive my glasses and the level of after-sales service that I received. It took one and half month for my glasses to be delivered, even though they were telling it would take only three days . Additionally, when I tried to contact customer service about a minor issue with my glasses, I had difficulty getting through to anyone. Despite these issues, I am still very happy with the glasses themselves. I would recommend your shop to others, but I would also advise them to be aware of the potential for delays in delivery and after-sales service. Thank you for your time and consideration. Hospitable staff , they have huge variety of eye wear, I have already bought two pairs from them , today I went in for repair and they happily helped . The staff is very polite , presentable and helping in all aspects. If you are looking for a hassle free good eye wear experience and variety , do give them a visit .

The service is very poor. No spare parts available. We are not expecting this from Titan. So disheartened
