Best doctors, staff nurses, GDA staffs, and cafe staff. Great room and food facilities. I was here for 10-12 days and my experience here is really good every staff person and doctor is really friendly and cooperative. Thanksgiving to all the IPD staff and doctors. During my stay here I was treated by Doctors: dr. Ashish dr. Jerin...they are very polite and friendly people, their experience is great behaviour is very nice and to be honest they might be best doctors I met taken care by IPD Staff members: sister Manju, Gurpreet, Bharti, Rajni, Kulwinder, poonam, Shivani, Rakhi, Supriya, Kusum, Anita and their incharge anjali mam. They were all very cooperative and nice they are very friendly. all of them are so sweet and caring with great personalities...even GDA and cafe staff is great and always ready to help. The food here is really great and healthy. Over all I'll say that this a great hospital with great staff members and doctor.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Shilva and Poonam didi during my delivery in Cloudnine hospital.. The staff was very supportive and the instant care give after the delivery was exceptional. Overall, my pregnancy journey at Cloudnine Hospital was a positive and memorable experience. The level of care I received exceeded my expectations, and I always felt like I was in good hands. So basically, to assist with a smoother discharge process a tentative discharge closure was made on Thursday (17th Apr’25) late evening so that we don’t face any last-minute discharge issues. Me and my wife were having a walk after dinner in hospital corridor and pediatric doctor Ms. Isha was on round as she reaches close to room (room nos. 306), nurse along with her told her that this room too have a baby who was born on 15thApr’25, to which she replied “Inka to discharge closure ho gya naa toh inke room pe kyu visit krna, move to next room” . This was said in front of us as she was unaware that the child in room 306 is our son, we were shocked to hear this from a “qualified doctor” saying this to her nursing staff. If “qualified doctor” can be of such a casual attitude what message shall pass to nursing staff/helping staff. My Sister (Paediatrician) & Brother-in-law (ENT Surgeon) are both doctors and I can assure you that they would never reply so casually to their patients like this and that too to a 02-days old baby. I never thought a doctor at Cloudnine hospital would have such a casual approach towards his/her patients after having such a good experience with all the doctors here from the last 8-9 months. This incident has left a question in my mind whether I should go for Cloudnine Hospital Panchkula in future for my baby’s paediatric consultation. Also, whether doctor’s have actually visited or not at the NICU ward when my son was admitted there for 24 hours. This one incident has shaken my trust and raised a lot of questions in my mind. I reduced 1 stare only because of the casual attitude of a doctor towards her patients.
