Rude behavior of the person may be because owner was not in shop. I have seen this normally happens owner is not at shop and ppl.left behind to take care if the things they behave rudely. Would try to avoid it from future. 8n reply owner instead of acknowledging mistake by his worker giving excuses. Post your cctv recording and let's see if its 30 seconds. Arrogance at its top
