I am not surprised to see the earlier negative ratings for this store. They deserve even worst than 1 star. The staffs busy in themself. I went to ask for the frame. instead of providing options the girl said starting from 2000 and started gossiping. As no other response I came outside the store and the pathtic staffs don't have shame to call back and offer the options. DON'T EVER VISIT THIS STORE. WORST LENSKART STORE

Received a message to visit store from 12 to 4pm to collect 2 specs and free gift. Male Staff rudely answered the msg is sent by back end by mistake. But made me wait for long without any response.

We went for picking up our specs which was given for review and it took them 30 minutes to find out our order. Very unprofessional staff. Didnt get any intimation from store also that our order is there with the store for one week. Not caring attitude

today s experience was not satisfactory when visited sector 11 store at around 12.10 there was only one staff member and atleast 3 or 4 customers were waiting, secondly on the day of booking they told us to pick order between 12 to 4 you will get cleaner free but today they refused.

Experienced the worst customer service, not having enough staff to serve customer. Also waiting time was very much.

Not good at sector 11, Panchkula store. It's written 2 spectacles for Rs 2000 with lens. But when you purchase you end up paying double. Utter confusion in store. Very poor customer service. Must look into this matter and stop cheating customer. On 28th March 2025, I purchased two pair of spectacle as per offer given in the store the salesgirl made a bill for Rs 3456/- and told me that I have to pay extra charges for lens. Next day i.e. on 29th March 2025 I went to get the second spectacle the same sales girl told me to wait for gift voucher that will be sent by Lenskart...... it's only then I will get the second spectacle. This is pure cheating and harrassment. Why make fake offers and promises. Even bill is not given by the store.

The staff is very lazy and seems unhappy to see customers. They appear more focused on their own work rather than attending to customers.

Excellent service, staff was very good and professional. Sorry I forgot the name of kashmiri girl who guided me well. Special thanks to her 👍
