Unprofessional behaviour. We called before reaching it connected to their software which gave us an official appointment of 1:30-2:00 pm. We reached the hospital on the given time where we got to know Doctor goes by 1:30 pm. My husband left an important meeting and i did arrangements for my little baby. So this was disappointing.
