Titan Eye+ at Panchkula

This Titan Eye + showroom of Titan company is well located in Sector 8 in Panchkula. The staff is effective and courteous. Special mention of Mr Ashish Kashyap who is the Customer Service Officer here . He was polite , informative , dedicated and effective in showing me a Couple watch set which I had to buy and did buy for gifting purpose . The store has a good variety of watches , spectacle frames , contact lens , goggles etc and also is equipped with an eye sight testing machine . Must visit if staying in vicinity or otherwise.

Recently i visited this store and had an eye test. i was very satisfied with their eye testing procedures and all the demands i made were fullfilled. although they told me that i have to wait for approximately 5 days still i got my specs within 4 days. All the staff is very polite unfortunately I don't know their names but as per my experience all of them were very polite. the person who assisted me was humble then the optimetrist who did my eye checkup was polite too and patiently listened my problems then comes the best part when i asked about for some discount on my specs they really helped me a lot to get the best deal for me and I am really loving my specs I'll surely recommend this place to everyone. ❤️

Overall it was nice experience over here. Customer support is good.

No expertise available for watch section.Nebula watch cell got changed,but replacement did not work.I have to get it replaced again after 3 days.Bitter experience.

Helpful staff Nice service

Unprofessional staff , not helpful at all. Staff is either chatting with each other or speaking to someone on phone call. Visit sector 20 panchkula branch , it is way better.

Pathetic response with utter non professionalis. delivery in 3 days had to be collected after personally visiting store after 10days, which was ready to be delivered but no intimation by store staff.Despite calling store and their assurance to revert back on progress of delivery status was,not honoured by store staff. Better to go to other companies stores is advised, if quality service is required.
