R Yadav Surgical & Rekha Eye Hospital

We just visited to consult the eye swelling and pain problem. Behaviour of doctor was so rude that she got irritated when we asked about the possible reasons for pain & reddish eye and replied “ मैं डॉक्टरी नहीं सीखा सकती” even no relief in eye pain….not recommended 👎

POOR STAFF BEHAVIOUR: Dr is good but Staff is not good. Very bad behaviour staff at reception .SHOULD BE SOFT SPOKEN AND POLITE. Request to authority to Educate and council the staff.

The behaviour of the staff is very bad pls avoid rekha hospital

I visited there 2-3 times. All times I felt that the staff behaviour was so bad n rude. In OPD I ask doctor to check my mother eye's number if it's increased or not....she dint responded well and the other staff member starting behaving like do u have slip for other patients you can't ask this in one slip. I just want to ask the doctor's or staff ....why you guys treat like this ...why so money making mind for your old patients? I know the procedure but was in hurry, so, request to pls check. But the way you responded me back was so rude and disrespectful ...we all are educating being...this is the way you treat your old patients for the shake of just 200 bucks. This behaviour makes me feel not to visit there again if this is way you treat your old patients. All of my experiences was so bad there. ..I won't recommend this place ...even I didn't get any relief . You guys should learn first how to treat well and give comforts to patients who come over there for treatment. Apart from this we wait so long and doctor gives so less time to satisfy our query. I didn't feel satisfaction..and the staff are not so good to speak and handle patients carefully.

Service is poor. When I visited hospital for my father In Law eye operation in morning around 10 am his number for operation is 3 but staff cut his number and operate other patients who came after us. On that day I was waited for my number till evening.

Heard a lot about this hospital since i was 15y/o and especially About Dr. Rekha (EYE SPECIALIST). Visited this hospital on 30/03/2018 My first experience was quite amazing. Doctor is so kind and understanding Gives enough time to patient. Even for the people from rural locality this is the best and first option i suggest. The way how she understands the patient's problems is completely satisfactory. If its about Rewari...this hospital is a benchmark. And this is the main reason behind the crowd here.

Dr rekha is fabulous doctor. She handles her patients with very calm and smile face..

Situated in front of GSS School on circular road Rewari. Best hospital in Rewari. All modern equipment of surgery are available here. Good cooperative helpful staff. But I wish you live a healthy life and need not visit a hospital.
