Drishti Superspeciality Eye Hospital

I was disappointed with my recent eyesight checkup of my 10 year old son at this hospital. The technician seemed inexperienced and lacked the knowledge to properly assess the vision. Both the doctor technician suggested either no change or a minor adjustment to existing numbers. Even there was difficulties to reading when He was checking so I asked him to reverify properly since my son had no clear vision so technician said it is common in children's and 19-20 ka farkh to rehta hai. However, when I visited Lenskart to change the glasses, generally they re-verifies the prescription provided by the doctor. Using that prescription, the vision was not clear, so they recommended rechecking with the doctor as lenskart doest not prefer to provide prescription in case of children's. I visited another doctor, who discovered a 0.75 difference between existing prescription and the new one. So total difference was 1 between his existing glasses and new no. Furthermore, the first checkup had missed the cylindrical prescription altogether. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, as it seems the initial examination wasn't thorough or accurate. I feel the doctor is lack of experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Prachi Jain at Drishti Eye Hospital. Our toddler (over 1 year old) underwent an eye probing procedure for a watery left eye due to a blocked tear duct. Staff behaviour is quite good. Patient dealing is good. Doctor is very much experienced and take adequate time and resolves the issue with satisfation
