I Manish I recently visited Eye-Q Super-Speciality Eye Hospital for an eye check-up and was thoroughly impressed with their optometry services Spacial( Optom Rehan). My both eyes cataract surgery done on 1st and 10th Feb 2025 by Dr Gautam Yadav. Now I feel comfortable. The Dr is well skilled in his profession and deeply explained all advantage and disadvantage to patient. Excellent performance. The service during eye check-ups in Room No. 4 is disappointing, as staff members are prioritizing their acquaintances over others. This issue should be addressed immediately to ensure fair and professional treatment for all patients.

Today I visited the hospital for my eyes. I have a great experience with doctors and also with optical also. I have made a spectacle for me and quality is very good.

नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे THE LAZIEST AND COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR EVER NOTICED IN AN EYE HOSPITAL. Status of Doctor: Doctors are good, well behaved and well experienced and well explained about the issue, Status of Staff: But the whole Hospital has to understand, the time of patient visiting hospital is equally important. Doctors took meeting with their staff during visiting hours and we were waiting without any concrete answers. Status of Staff: Staff is behaving like we are uneducated people. While talking about the reconfirmation of meeting time of Doctor with staff, they act as we have committed crime. The Status of Customer Care: There was a confusion about medicine, when we called Customer care then found that Rewari Reception is not picking up calls and there is no back up call available. Called Customer Care team 4-5 times but everytime same answer of not connecting with Reception. No call back received so far.
