Very bad and rude behaviour by hospital staff. I gone for checkup but the attendant at second floor of Dr. Raunaq Khanna is treating all patients so rudely. They even not ready to tell the approximate time and sending patients to doctor at their choice. Hospital management must look into the aspect otherwise both lady attendants will definitely spoil the image of hospital for sure. Next time I will prefer other hospital due to this chronic issue. Doctor & treatment review will be shared once my turn will come & consequential results 🙏🙏

The reception staff is really unorganised. They misplace the consultancy slip and patients are not treated on first come first serve basis. Some patients have to wait for long while others get treated instantly.

I had a terrible experience at Ishwar Eye Center. The entire process felt chaotic and unorganized. They kept making me go back and forth without any clear explanation, and in the end, they recommended a bunch of unnecessary tests. It felt like they were just trying to get more money rather than actually doing actual diagnosis. Would not recommend this place to anyone. All reviews listed here are paid reviews only.

Recently my mother was treated for cataract in this hospital. After consulting many people i opt for ishwar hospital despite being Haryana govt employee I chose it but all to my disappointment. I have opted for costliest lens to be extra safe but now she has eye sight poorer than before. Also her other eye also got affected. Also you will get an appointment for other doctor but will be attended by some junior doc

I consulted dr raunaq khanna on 7 January 2025 for eye pain and flashes but some other doctor was assigned he didn't check my eyes and retina and just said that go home without even checking my eyes based on my last consultation report of 28-12-2024.Also the hospital staff is rude and they don't take patient problems seriously.They didn't even sanitize machines.The hospital is like a govt hospital. Overall review :not recommended to go bad experience.

Dr chekitan ji really very very best dr.result is 100% But very tuff to comunicate with him just like kon bnega crodpati lines. Staff not interested that somebody contact him 😞😞its very bad. plzzz improve your service Overall very good

I am shikha visited on 26th November at Ishwar Eye Center. I was recommended barrage laser by doctor Rakesh. I got appointment for 12th dec but I am facing problem in eyes. Doctor was extremely gud but please sir give me prior appointment if possible. Plz reply soon.
