I was disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Monica Chaudhary. Her behavior towards patients felt inappropriate and unprofessional. She refused to answer our general queries, stating that she doesn’t like to talk much. However, I noticed her, having a personal conversation with another patient about her daughter having tinde in the hostel. This lack of engagement and rude attitude made us feel unwelcome and unheard, ultimately leading us to seek care at another hospital. I strongly believe that empathy, effective communication, and professionalism are crucial in patient care, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.

1. Staff is cooperative. 2. I spoke to patients, generally the satisfaction level was high. People are satisfied with the treatment. 3. Informative boards places inside hospital to enhance information level of patients. 4. Very close to Sukhpura chowk. 5. Parking facilities are available. 6. Slightly crowded during 0830 am to 3:00 pm. 7. ECHS , CGHS and Aayushman Bharat Penals are available for cost free treatment. 8. Doctors seems well qualified after seeing their degrees. 9. Overall a good hospital. 10. Recommended for the Eye patients.

Worst Staff. money minded. it's doesn't matter doctor is available or not for today, they just took consultation fees. and if you ask to refund they will ask to visit sec 2 branch from sukhpura chowk branch.

Patient wait and suffering electricity cut .. no facility of generator in amergency services .. not prepared advance fuel of generator .. i wait around 1 hour .it was bad to feel this kind of services provided by Hospital

The call attendant was so in cooperative and did not cleared any doubt and cut the phone.

Optom in room no 7 is very polite and her nature is very good… i like Hospital environment

Very bad experience. How bad it will be after the treatment. The hall of the private hospital is also bad.

Poor management, staff is very clumsy and preleminary checkup is joke around here, they just want to do the operation and earn money. And after a month they will tell you that another operation is required. Patient and relatives were kept in dark for the whole process. Don't go at this place, I am starting the complaint process on my end.
