Titan Eye+ at Rohtak

"Extremely disappointed with the service at Titan Eye Plus, Model Town, Rohtak. Purchased a Tommy Hilfiger frame on 20th Feb 2025, but they still haven’t provided me with the invoice despite multiple follow-ups. Every time I ask, they give excuses and delay it further. This is highly unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable service."

Service is not good. They give delivery date for 2 days and deliver in 8-9 days. Staff didn’t give any satisfactory response. No person takes any kind of responsibility.

I just got my spectacles aligned 3 days ago and after 3 days they got loose again so i visited their shop. They told me there was a crack in the frame near the nosebridge and that the glasses will break if they tried to align them once again But they didn’t tell me anything about a crack on the day i got them aligned. And I’m sure that there was no crack before as those guys would have suggested new frames to me if there were.

Rude staff. Not interested in selling at all. For them either you buy 10000 rupees frame or you are just a useless customer. My father was getting his first frame (as he got number recently) which the salesmen could not comprehend. He was so rude when my father was taking time as he wasn't aware of what will suit him. For them selling 3500 frame is cheap and they act as if they are doing charity by giving it to us.

The staff is very rude. For them, using mobile is more important than attending customers. They should take training to talk to and attend customers. I am very sad to see that such a good company hires such people. I was a regular but now I won't be coming back here. I would have given negative rating if possible.
