Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Good hygiene and cleanliness. Ease of OPD procedure. I visited eye q (Jhajjar) first time and my experience remained very good.

The eye hospital provided excellent care with professional staff and advanced technology. The doctors were attentive, and the facility was clean and well-organized. Overall, a positive experience with effective treatment and friendly service.

Last week we visited the eye q sonipat centre for my 5years old son's eye checkup. Unfortunately, the doctor's behavior was quite arrogant. During our discussion about my son's eye treatment, the doctor responded rudely & failed to provide clear information about the dosage suitable for a 5-years old child.

Pathetic staff. Reached hospital at 5:40 p.m.. they refused to see my 2.7 year kid.the reason was given " we already have 5 patients and by the time we are through seeing them it will be 6:30 and we dont see patients after that." Appentenly it's 1 patient's business for them and that's a very less amount so they refused. It's not about health care. only business. In my opinion it's highly unprofessional. Even asked to them to see in emergency they said it doesn't look a emergency. As he had only a lightly swollen eye. Highly unprofessional. Also to note that on Google it says close time 7:30.p.m

Visited eyeq hospital for my mother cataract surgery. Surgery was smooth and quick. Satisfied with overall services.

Nice neat and tidy facility, courteous staff. Best in Sonipat for all ur eyes' health requirements. The only thing they need to work on is queue management as the waiting time is long.

The eye clinic itself is great. My one star rating is for the silly dispensing optician section on the premises. They have delayed giving me my daughter's glasses I paid for by over 2 weeks and have stopped answering their calls. They said they will deliver it to my house, but till date I am still waiting . Excuse after excuse. Please you can use this clinic, but do not buy your glasses from the shop. You can take your prescription to any optician outside and buy your glasses.
