Ankit Sharma at the Lenskart Store made the experience absolutely satisfying.. His calm & polite nature & guidance helps us in choosing the right frame.. However, the frame ordered when received were quite loose. He tighten the temple & ensure the frame fitting was proper.. Thanks Lenskart & specially Ankit Sharma

Had a terrible experience at the lenskart sonipat store. I waited for about 40 min inside store and booked eye testing. However, I was not even attended by any of the salesman. All the staff at the store were seen standing idle with tablet in hand and showed no interest in guiding for frames or any other stuff. I don't know how long will this store go with this kind of attitude. Anyways Good Luck.

Very Disappointed with Lenskart Sonipat We have visited Lenskart stores in Sonipat multiple times, but our issue is still not solved. The experience has been very frustrating. If you are planning to buy high-end frames with glasses, be careful! They charge high prices under their 1+1 free offer, but the frame quality is poor. If you need a replacement within 2-3 months (which is likely because of the bad quality), they will say the same frame is out of stock. Instead of giving you an equal-quality frame, they will ask you to choose a cheaper, lower-quality option or wait forever—without any guarantee of restocking. To make things worse, their employees have started avoiding our calls. It seems they do not care about customer service at all. We are completely fed up and will not buy from Lenskart again. Very bad experience! @PeyushBansal @LenskartSonipat, please look into this.

My experience was good and Mr. Devender's behaviour was good with customer and customer dealing was also good. Now I am waiting for my reimburse. 😜😜

Collection is good but waiting period is too much , litterally it took almost 1 hour in this shop just to make 1 progressive lense bruuuhhh!!! Please hire more staff and the parking issues are there too , when asked to attend even when tgey are free , doesn't responds, I would better recommend titan eyes !!!

It was all systematic and well organised. The quality of the spectacles is really good and the service was satisfactory and accurate.
