ZERO/FIVE Dr. S. Yadav, NITK I ordered my spectacles on 29Mar22, to change the lens. My power on test, came out to be the same.1. They made me visit them four times for receiving my spectacles.2. They made me wait for so long.3. Did not return my old lens, one of which was perfectly Ok,I need that. 4.Level of clarity decreased to 95% in new spects, I find it difficult to use while reading or writing. 5.When I reported my issues to them, they kept me manipulating for my near vision. However I can see clearly nearby things without spects n my power is not high (-2D, -2D)for far vision, and it is not changed yet.6.The person testing my eyes (7Apr2022) misbehaved with me, I scolded him four times to not touch my hands, or forehead while changing lens. He kept using his left hand for changing lens irrespective of my objection everytime. A Short heighted man (not fair)in formals. Initially I told him softly, thrice.Fourth time I scolded him nicely.He also, kept manipulating me for my vision too. They must fire such dirty minded employees. The employees who attended us on 29March were good. So, i gave positive feedback in their register that day.

The staff was polite and supportive. They had a good collection. Vinod ji showed us around and helped resolve our queries

I m wearing Titan eyeplus Spects and lenses. Product quality is Very Good. Staff dealing is very Good. Staff member OPTOM Anchal and OPTOM Parshant behaviour is very Good. Showroom has well occupied with quantity and quality with all type of frames and watches. Insurance facility provided by Titan is very usefull for customers. I like Titan Eyeplus glasses and Frames.
