Bought one John Jacobs frame and it broke after wearing for fifteen days only. Bought one frame earlier also and which lasted for one year only. Poor quality frames.

The product I have purchased is of very bad quality. It has started breaking in just 2 days... Very unhappy for lenskart to sell so sub standard products.
The worst experience I've ever had with lenskart! Lenskart's unprofessional staff, delayed delivery, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction have left me appalled. After waiting for my order, I was told to wait another 2-3 days. The staff's nonchalant attitude is not acceptable. I will not recommend Lenskart to anyone. The store's service is abysmal, and their delivery times are unreliable.
I just say it's excellent, showroom ambience is good and also the behaviour of employees are very nice...so all over my experience is good.
I had purchased a spectacles from Lenskart solan. Have taken several times to tighten the spectacle they donot entertain the after sales customer they only say we don’t have lab here go to Chandigarh. Secondly the Lenskart is degraded quality and they procure the material that is not at all competitive to market and the price is high. Donor purchase from Lenskart solan. They have no resolution to Gold Members. And their support is one in a million useless
