Disappointed with the salesperson who was outright rude and dismissive. Instead of being helpful or courteous, he spoke in a condescending tone and seemed irritated the entire time. Customer service should never feel like a confrontation. We were all set to buy three pairs of glasses but changed our minds solely because of the kind of customer service we received from the guy. However, one of the team members(who did the Eye Test) with was highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful! Much appreciated!
