Booked Eye check up on App scheduled Morning 10 to 10:30. Employee standing there denied for check up as per his statement the guy who will perform checkup will come at 11:30. Either change timing slots in App or working hours of your employees. Poor service worst experience.

Very good service and good staff

In starting the staff was there was helping and understand costumers but new staff don’t even care about this … i ordered my glasses online when i went to replace it .. a-knowingly i went 9 am then they said 10:30 store opining time . Then they said replacement time is after 11 am only i waited 2 hr outside the store just for refund/exchange Store should maintain staff behaviour and helping nature

I had a terrible experience with Lenskart while trying to get progressive lenses made. They messed up the lenses not once but twice. After multiple attempts to correct the issue, the center of the lenses was still wrong. Despite the inconvenience and mistakes, Lenskart refused to offer a refund or any proper compensation.This has been the worst experience I've ever had with eyewear. Their after-sales service is extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
