Complete fraud! Went for a basic lens change, and they looted me by charging more than the product's actual price. Disgusting service avoid them at all costs!

Earlier i was given gents frame...which had no option of return and refund,i was left with no option but to exchange..new one had offer of buy one and get one free(john jacob brand)...which was denied to me saying it is exchange not new one....but exchange was because of lenskart mistake not mine further the glasses provided to me has tilted frame.iam very much disappointed from lenskart.it was my right to get the offer of buy one and get one free...iam pactising lawyer and thinking of taking legal action...kindly provide me the other one also else i have to move to legal resort

Not worth it Nobody told that the insurance can be claimed on only one frame Why would someone take 2 glasses then ? They’d say anything to sell the glasses and then refuse that they said anything like that. I dont blame the guys working there but lenskart as a whole, i would not recommend. I would rather go to a local optician and buy glasses. Its just show off to buy from here. Definitely not recommending anyone to buy from Lenskart.
