I got my mother's and Grandmother's treatment here at Asg srinagar from Dr Manzoor mehdi and M Ali Khan respectively. Alhamdulillah all went good my mother feels better now and my grandmother's Surgery which was done by Both Dr M Ali and Manzoor mehdi and she feels good now. I suggest everyone who has the problem in their eyes please do visit Asg srinagar, Best hospital here in kashmir valley, Totally amazing staff, Management and the Cleanliness of hospital. I am highly impressed by the staff of A S G hospital especially counceller namely mrs suraya je and Mr zakir fazli they are very humble dedicated and very coparatve with the patients they mean their duties like they exert with intrest and zeal itthere dedication adds beauty to the hospital and surgical staff dr Manzoor sab very polite and sympathetic with patient s. I had a very disappointing experience at ASG Eye Hospital, Srinagar. The service was extremely poor and far from what one would expect from a reputed healthcare facility. The front desk staff and executive were unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting patients. Basic courtesy and communication were clearly lacking. Adding to the frustration, only one doctor was available, which led to long waiting hours and chaotic management. There was no proper system in place to handle patients efficiently, and appointments seemed meaningless as walk-ins were being randomly prioritized. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, disrespectful, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hospital unless they seriously improve their staff training, professionalism, and overall service standards

My mother has been treated by Dr M Ali Khan from day ist. Dr Ali investigated my mother and suggest us for cataract surgery. I make my mother ready for surgery and alhamdulillah surgery went successful. Now my mother is better than before. I thank Dr M Ali and asg staff. Thank you asg srinagar

My experience was neutral, i like the behaviour of the staff, diagnosis and treatment. I don't know every doctors there but Dr Mohammad Ali and Dr Manzoor Mehdi are very kind,polite and friendly.

The experience at Reception is pathetic...it take ages at Reception.....the staff at reception is not qualified not well versed with the Job....they leave the counter every 5 minutes and few people just Roam around and don't do anything except Morning Walk at the reception......Most of the counters at reception are without staff.... Yes the Para Medical Staff is qualified and behaves in best manner.... Doctors are well Qualified and explains everything beautifully to patients. Overall Pathetic experience at reception.......

Nice to meet these experts are a tremendous source of the stuff in this hospital dr.anjali is good doctor and his talking is better 👏especially there facilities are better than other hospitals
