Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Residency Road, Srinagar

I recently purchased blue cut lenses from Lenskart Srinagar. I visited the store based on a friend’s recommendation and had a great overall experience. The free eye test provided at the store was highly professional, and the staff was cooperative and well-trained. The store offers a wide variety of lenses, though the pricing may not be affordable for the average class. One major positive is their efficient delivery service; they delivered my order to my hometown Kupwara within a week. The frame and lens quality are excellent, but I noticed an issue with the nose pads—they tend to loosen after just 3-4 days, which could be improved. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I appreciate their professionalism and services. Addressing affordability and the durability of nose pads would enhance the customer experience even further.

I had a great experience. The service was really good and friendly. The store was clean and had a lot of collections. The treatment was very good and professional.

Service was not good. I noticed that the staff were visibly signaling to each other in a way that suggested frustration about customers still being present. This made the atmosphere uncomfortable, as it felt like we were being rushed out. A more welcoming and professional approach would improve the experience. But the optometrist was good

At first, it seemed a bit crowded, and I didn’t expect much in terms of customer service. However, the experience I had with the staff at Lenskart Srinagar was truly excellent. Staff members are very Cooperative friendly atmosphere decent behaviour qualified and full of motivational skills.I got very much satisfied with their work experience when I got my vision tested. Fully equipped team work by the staff. Over all satisfied by the job they done. ***** I personally suggest every one to visit there at least once you will feel the difference. Keep it up. 👍💐

Excellent Service & Quality Eyewear The store has a great collection of frames and lenses, catering to all styles and budgets. The staff was very professional, friendly, and patient in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses.

It was a wonderful experience to shop with lenskart. The way the personal ( I don't know his name) took my eye test helped me to choose my frame was excellent. The products I got were at par.

I broke one of the arms of my eyeglasses and I wanted to repair it. I had already researched online that repairing is done at their outlet and that’s why I went there. But they straight away said that we don’t do it here. They denied even any temporary fix to it. When I bought that frame it was said to me every outlet is same all over India. But certainly thats not the case. What’s the fun of investing so much for one frame when you cannot repair it without insurance. For someone eyeglasses are important to carry out day to day tasks. So, if you are looking for repairs this is not the place, not in my case. But then I got it repaired from a nearby shop in just Rs 100.
