Worst experience and worst behavior of owner... they unnecessary keep the price of frame n lens high. There are now many good option available in Sector-4,please go there. #Unicorn lenskart is available. Owner refuses to give a lens cleaning spray even after buying frame n lens at 4.5k and started crying like a baby for rs100 discount. Paid full amt to stop baby from crying. Never going again!! Lost a valuable customer.

They kept insisting to buy expensive frames and lenses. Even though I told them I intend to buy something reasonable, they did not share full information and only kept saying you can only get expensive things here and expensive is only good. They commented “if you can’t buy expensive then you should not buy only” at this point I decided to leave the shop without wasting my energy in this impolite shop.

Most Trusted Shop with all brands of watches and contact lenses. Came with my family and bought something for everyone. Got gift hampers for my purchase

Ray Ban is international Brand ,and there product quality is very good .but too much expensive. I already buy my favourite frame

Fake & duplicate frames… doing fake work. Beware of their fraud.. we have taken high end high value frame which broke in 10 days only with just one drop from small baby.. when we took for repair then got to know about their fake work.. so, be careful before your next work & purchase from there.. even service is pathetic. I normally don’t give bad reviews but this time couldn’t stop myself from writing on public forum on their bad service & fake work.. as I doesn’t want that anyone face same thing what we are facing. Be careful with your next purchase. Have to give single star for posting review else deserves negative rating with complaints I have taken my glasses 👓 from here since my childhood days but now their work is not good anymore. Moreover faking is not acceptable. Please check issue with an iron hand, this is fraud

Worst experience ever .. I went to this place for eye check up 2 yrs ago and they have provided minus 2.5 power specs and I was suffering from severe headache and fainted so many times and then again after few months I went to the Bangalore hospital for eye check up they said that my power is totally different .. These people doesn't know eye power testing and give you any power specs

Would have given negative ratings if there has been an option. Costliest shop with no guarantee on the products. Bought a frame and lens for rs. 6000, within 4 months, a screw got unhinged. Went for repairing it and they took charge for it, saying ki 1 saal ki life hoti h bs chashme ki..hmare yha har chiz ka cost lgega..not worth it, not recommended. Go for better options such as lenskart which is cost effective and comes with guarantee on the products.
