Muskan Eye Hospital

Appointment system vof this hospital is really very worst I have ever experienced in my life ... I am waiting for last 3 days for the appointment of Dr Rakesh Kumar ... But the online portal is getting full within 30 seconds ...and I don't know how to consult with the doctor ..... @muskan hospital .... Please help me out .. it's an emergency

Very bad experience....staff Is not at all worried about the patient I have waited for 3 hours but could not get my appointment.... worst hospital

Worst place to visit, everyone's behaviour is very bad. The management is not good, and doctor Rakesh kumar and other staff member shows negligence towards patient. Worst place.

Worst class management. Called me at 4 to 4.30 PM. When I reached there at 4.15 they refused to register my number. I came back . They just harassed us.

Best treatments but it use to take so much of your time because of the crowd

Pathetic service! I had to visit the hospital thrice in a month only to get the wrong eye power prescribed by the doctor. They have forcefully made me wear higher than required power. They don't even care about the patient's condition. Even if they had prescribed me with the wrong power, they were initially not accepting it. I used to get my eyes checked here ever since I've got specs but not again. Also, one of the staffs was so rude to a family member of mine. Waste of time, energy and money! I had to finally go somewhere else to get my eyes checked.

Never ever go to this hospital. My father got admitted because if doctor's negligence in medicine and didn't even checked the previous medical history of the patient. Management is so careless they don't even have the prescription of the patient after the operation and they charged 45000 still they don't maintain the records.
