Dr. Kumar Madhup Clinic

Diagnosis methodology is good. The doctor treats you well. The medicines and diagnosis received in shankar netralaya(kolkata) is quite similar to that of dr. Kumar madhup clinic.The service is not up to the mark. Staffs do not have the knowledge of correct waiting time. Appointment procedure must be improved.

Not happy with the service ! No proper timing for consultation and staff is not up to the mark!! If he is such a good doctor there should be good service at his clinic!! Not recommend him to others! Waste of time !! No value for time

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Madhup at the Clinic . I felt that he was not knowledgeable and did not do a proper diagnosis. He seemed to be checking 4 or 5 patients at the same time and did not listen to my concerns carefully. I was hoping for more personalized care and attention from Dr. Madhup. I would not recommend him to others.

The service is horrible. The doctor just saw me from more than 6 ft distance. And then also took double the normal charge from me by saying it's the fees because of emergency checkup and just went in. He did not do a proper checkup, nothing at all and charged me twice the amount. Mind you, he did not consider it necessary to inform us beforehand that he would be doing checkup like that or taking double the normal checkup amount. I wish I could give it negative stars.

The visiting time should be 11:30 because the doctor never comes before that. Also the staff aren't pleasant at all when it comes to enquiries of the doctor's arrival...... I wasted 3 hours just for my no to come......... The doctor is good but he really need to start realising that the patients time also matter in his pity universe.......

Dr.is experienced but he is too fast not given enough time to check your Symptoms properly. Even he not write the prescription well. TOO FAST. FEE IS 300.(VISITED 2020)

Need more improvement. Need better management.

Behavior of staffs are very rude ...... Like they are doing mercy . Their way of talking and language they use are worst . Will never go there anymore . A clinic with worst management .
