ASG Eye Hospital, Dhanbad

I went to ASG Hospital on Tuesday for my check-up, and everything went well. The staff was very good. However, when I went to get my eyeglasses, they asked me to choose a frame and told me that the frame I chose would be customized accordingly. But when I went a week later to pick up my final eyeglasses and checked the frame and lenses, I didn't like either of them. I told them to adjust the frame, but they said I had chosen a bigger frame and that it wouldn't fit tighter. However, they should have informed me about this at the time of selecting the frame, not on the final day. It was a really bad experience for me at this hospital.

DHBD 116343 Every staff talk sweetly there. Dr. is average. Nothing special to visit here because they don't have good doctor who can try to or recommend to enhance your vision naturally. It is just a shop come check your eyes and buy spectacles and drop from them. I'm updating this review because they asked me to give review while I was there and they also took picture of my review from my mobile. This is really bad and make to update it.

I had a very disappointing experience at ASG Hospital. The male doctor I interacted with was extremely arrogant and dismissive, making it difficult to ask questions or understand the diagnosis properly. What’s even more concerning is that regardless of the issue, the go-to recommendation always seemed to be surgery—without any thorough explanation of alternative treatments. It felt more like a push for profit than genuine patient care. I expected a more thoughtful and transparent approach to healthcare, but sadly, that wasn’t the case here.
