I saw a lady asking for a file as her file is damaged. The counter replied that it will cost 100 rupees for a file which is merely available at 20-30 rupees. The patients don’t heal here, rather they go in a loop of periodic visit and long list of medicines. The doctor doesn’t give proper treatment rather suggest expensive methods. Diabetes patients specially suffer here as despite control measures the medication doesn’t help. And the doctor quickly suggests for insulin shorts rather than providing proper medication. The patient waiting lobby area is not provided well and even in the summer season they keep the fan switched off saying that there are power issues. The value for money is not visible and this entire place has become a money making system for them.

Dhanbad ka sabse bekar Dr. Hai fees bhi jyada hai or test ka rate bhi jyada hai agar koi 1st visit jata hai to uska minimum 2,000/- Rs ka loss hai.
