Store experience was satisfactory. Behaviour of storekeeper was good. But awareness of storekeeper was not up to date . The cost of the product informed was different from what it came up during the time of billing. It was told 800 but at the time of billing it came upto Rs 1500 . Almost double the cost. Since we took two products so it came up quite high from Hat expected. Since we had spent a lot of time in it so we had to take it .

The behaviour of staff was good and friendly. Also have a wide range of glasses. And the checkup of eye wast pretty accurate. So overall its. A good to go shop for your eyes

I went to this store and ordered stuff worth 10,500Rs. The staff who took the order also checked my eyes. She was good at her job and very well behaved. However as my order got delivered. I went to collect it and was not given any carry bag. When I asked them they gave me a tiny paper bag and charged 10Rs on it. I was also not given any complimentary lens case OR lens solution like Lenskart offers in all the stores. I expected a better customer service for people who place order worth 20-30k every year from this store. I expected a better service from this place.
